Container Roof Bracket
The Roof Bracket is designed to attach to the top side rail of a container, providing essential support for various structures and attachments along its length. It is ideal for framing, cladding, solar panel mounting, and other applications requiring stability. The bracket prevents sagging by securing long timber, steel, or tubing elements.
This bracket is specifically designed to work with Domino Clamps, ensuring a secure, no-drill, no-weld installation.
Key Features:
✔ Versatile support – Ideal for timber, Unistrut channels, and tubing along the container top rail
✔ Five M12 threaded holes – For a secure fit and multiple mounting configurations
✔ Stainless steel construction – Corrosion-resistant, perfect for marine environments
✔ No welding or drilling – Mechanical attachment using set screws and washers (included)
✔ Designed for use with Domino Clamps – Ensures reliable structural support
How to Use the Roof Bracket
Attaching to the Container
- Place the bracket on the top side rail of the container.
- Use M12 bolts to secure it – two bolts at the top to keep the bracket flat and one longer bolt at the bottom to secure it against the underside of the side rail.
Mounting Materials
- Attach timber beams, Unistrut channels, or steel tubes directly to the bracket using the threaded holes.
- Choose the appropriate length of M12 bolts depending on the thickness of the material.
Supporting Long Materials
- Prevents long materials from sagging in the middle, especially on 40-foot containers.
- Use in combination with Domino Clamps at the front and back of the container for a stable overall setup.
Flexible Applications
- The bracket can be flipped upside down to mount Unistrut channels along the top of the container’s side rail.
- Can also be used to support tubes and banner structures, such as 48mm scaffold tubes or NPS pipes.
