The Smart Terminal Stacker is designed for quick and secure stacking of containers without the need for lockable mechanisms. The unit acts as a robust spacer placed in the container corner casting, ensuring stable load transfer between containers.

The solution is compatible with ISO 1161 corner castings and can be used in a wide range of terminal and logistics environments.

The Smart Terminal Stacker is available in two versions:

IF-97-S – Flangeless
Containers rest directly on each other

IF-98-S – With flange

How it works

The stacker is hooked into the lower corner casting of the container intended for stacking.
Once all four corners are equipped, the container can safely be lifted and placed onto another container.

This eliminates the need for personnel to walk on the roof of the lower container during installation.
