Description

This set of aluminium corner castings consists of 4 pieces – 2 pcs. top right (TR) and 2 pcs. top left (TL).
The set is typically used as the upper part of a complete container construction and fits together with the corresponding bottom corner castings.

This aluminium corner casting is a special type, designed and adapted as much as the aluminium material allows.

Please note that the aluminium corners have the same dimensions as a standard ISO 1161 steel corner casting.
However, since the material and production process differ from those of steel corners, their properties are not identical, and the strength is not the same as for a steel corner casting.
Therefore, aluminium corners can to some extent be manufactured according to ISO 1161, but they cannot undergo or meet the same tests as steel corners.

Inside each corner casting, it is marked whether it is TR or TL, so you can clearly identify which specific corner casting it is.

The aluminium corner castings are supplied with a quality test certificate and a mill test certificate, showing the alloy and hardness of the material.

The product is available from a remote warehouse. Typical delivery time is 7–14 days.

The price is based on EXW warehouse in Esbjerg (Denmark).
