In October we at Specialcontainer.dk were ready, finally the production of our new offshore containers was coming up and we were off to China to visit the factories. With years of experience in the offshore industry, it is not our first trip, but it doesn\u2019t gets less exciting because of that.<\/p>\n

Now you are probably thinking \u201c so you take a trip to China, why should I care\u201d. Well, you don\u2019t have to care, but we do it for your sake. We do it because our offshore containers should not just be approved to DNV 2.7-1, but because we wish that each and every one of our containers is approved by us here at Specialcontainer.dk. We focus on the details. For example, we are working continuously to minimize horizontal surfaces where dirt and water can gather. This is not covered by any standards, but it is something we work at together with the factories. Our solution is to make slopes between corrugations and on corner blocks, so water and dirt does not stick.<\/p>\n

Our containers are not perfect – not yet at least. But it’s important to us that we always do our best to ensure the best possible quality for you – both now and in the future. Therefore, the trip to China is valuable for us and for you.<\/p>\n

Our new offshore containers arrive in Denmark in the first week of January. Choose from:
