20′ premium insulated tool container, w/ Sortimo shelving

This 20 foot tool container is built for the offshore wind industry. It is built in the absolute best materials, and is clearly a premium model.

It is from 2019 and has never been used.

It is therefore possible to buy a really good container for very little money.

Ceilings, walls, and doors, are insulated up with a wooden frame with 70 mm Isover mineral wool. 0.20 mm PE foil has been used as a vapor barrier, and the cladding is 12 mm waterproof glued veneer. Walls and ceilings are subsequently painted with light gray paint. Edges are finished with galvanized angle profiles.

Floors are insulated with 100 mm polysterol foamed under the container floor.

There are mounted 2 pcs. Ø80 fresh air valves through the side.

An electrical connection box is mounted on the side. There is a switchboard with HPFI relay and circuit breakers. On the outside there is a 16A CEE electrical input and electrical outlet in box IP67, as well as a 13A CEE electrical input in box – for light IP67. Inside, there are 2 LED light rails in the middle of the ceiling through the entire container, as well as 2 radiant heaters on the back wall. There are plenty of switches installed inside the container. All electrical installation is performed by an authorized electrical installer.

The container is painted in corrosion class 3.

In addition, there are 14 lashing eyes mounted in the floor, 2 brackets for strappers, and a single coat rack.

20′ platform container can be used for heavy and unmanageable goods that cannot otherwise be in at regular container.

The platform container is an alternative to a flat rack container. Unlike flat racks, the platform container has no end walls.

When things really needs to be small, but not too narrow, our small 4′ container is available.

The container is only 1.2 meters long, but is 2.2 meters wide, almost as wide as a standard shipping container.

The container is as standard in dark blue (RAL 5013) colour.
